KeriCure’s nanopolymer technology has been designed specifically for topical applications to intact and injured skin. KeriCure maintains multiple US and PCT patents that support this technology and its many applications in the medical industry. Our proprietary polyacrylate polymer is designed to mimic the natural properties of the polymer elastin, which gives the skin its elasticity. This allows the KeriCure products to have a comfortable, natural feeling when applied to the skin that does not pull or irritate the skin. KeriCure products are based on two simple ingredients, ultrapurified water and a pure proprietary polyacrylate polymer, which allows the natural healing process to occur by providing an effective barrier against dirt and germs while hydrating the skin or wound, creating the ideal healing environment.
Unique to KeriCure products is our ability to combine a high level of moisturization with an effective barrier against infections. Additionally, our latest products to hit the market include exceptionally active collodial silver particles that we have functionalized to incorporate into our nanopolymer matrix, ultimately providing an all-in-one treatment for wounds.

Our products combine the benefits of multiple, topical wound care products into an effective, all-in-one, spray on barrier. Our products take the moisturizing benefits of hydrogels, and combine that with the effective barrier properties of a bandage for exceptional protection against infection. KeriCure’s Advanced Shield technology includes elemental silver hydrosol, a pure silver particle with a silver tetraoxide coating, that is free of allergic concerns of the other chemical or sulfur-based silver products.
A unique feature of the KeriCure nanopolymer is our hypoallergenic properties. Our nanopolymer is a completely inert polymer which does not break down or degrade, thereby nearly eliminating any allergic reactions for the patients. The polymer barrier sloughs off naturally once a fresh layer of epithelial skin forms below the polymer film, so there is never a need to scrub or disrupt the wound. Simply point and spray to reapply as needed for optimal healing without the damaging dressing changes required by other dressings.
